The Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) scoop for the week of August 28 hints Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will come face to face with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).
Also coming up this week, Dick Van Dyke will appear as a mystery man who arrives at Salem University Hospital. Plus, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will hit rock bottom. And will Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) tell Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) the truth?
DOOL spoilers tease after a talk with Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), Sarah will prepare to come clean with Xander. But before she gets a chance to do so, she’ll experience a sharp pain. So, Xander will rush her to the hospital.
DOOL Weekly Scoop – On A Very Important Mission
Over with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), who will ask the mystery man what his name is. “I was hoping you’d tell me,” he’ll replies with a chuckle, in the DOOL weekly preview. Later, he’ll tell Kayla he needs to get out of the hospital as soon as possible, because he’s on a very important mission. Marlena Evans (Deirdre Hall) will also be brought in to help bring this man’s memories to light.
Meanwhile, Shawn will still be in denial. He’ll stubbornly refuse to get any help with his drinking problem. But he’ll begin to spiral and will hit a whole new low. Which could push him to change his mind.
Other DOOL spoilers tease Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will make a major decision. Plus, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) look for answers. And Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will be stunned to see Philip in the flesh.

Finally, Brady will walk into Chloe’s place and come face to face with Philip. Considering Philip set him up to make it look like he murdered him, Brady will be understandably furious and will decide to call the police.
But Philip will say he’s gotten help with his mental health issues. And later, Belle Black (Martha Madison) will beg Brady not to press charges. So, what will he do?
